[SHIPPING POLICY]

We can deliver products in several different ways:

  • Delivery to the nearest Omniva parcel locker;

  • Shipping abroad.

Shipping fees:

  • Delivery to the nearest Omniva parcel locker – €3.5;

  • Shipping abroad – €10.5.

Normally, the products are delivered to the Buyer at the address provided by them: within 4-7 working days in Lithuania and within 7-14 working days to other countries. The Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery of goods may be delayed, but in any case, the products must be delivered no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Buyer's payment confirmation.

 

In all cases, the Seller is exempt from liability for delayed delivery of goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or circumstances beyond the Buyer's control.

 

If, due to the fault of the Buyer or circumstances beyond their control, the delivery and transfer of goods to the Buyer do not take place at the agreed time (e.g., after delivering the products to the address provided by the Buyer, it is found that the delivery address is incorrect or no one is found at the specified address to receive the goods, etc.), the Seller or their Courier, by their order, contacts the Buyer and agrees on a mutually suitable new delivery time. For such additional delivery, the Seller has the right to demand the Buyer to pay an additional delivery fee.

 

Upon delivery of the products to the address provided by the Buyer, the goods are handed over to the Buyer or any other person at the address specified by the Buyer. The Buyer confirms their understanding that any person at the delivery address specified by the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer's representative) will be considered a suitable person to receive the goods.

[RETURN POLICY]

To return goods, the Buyer must adhere to the following conditions:

  • 1.1 The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging;

  • 1.2 The product must be undamaged;

  • 1.3 The product must be unused, i.e., it must retain its original appearance (intact labels, unharmed embroidered logo, the product is unwashed). (This point does not apply when returning a defective product);

  • 1.4 The returned product must be of the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer.

  • 2.1 The Seller has the right to refuse the return of goods by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the prescribed procedure for returning goods;

  • 2.2 In the case of returning the wrong product and/or a defective product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with suitable similar items;

  • 2.3 In cases where the Seller does not have suitable replacement products, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid by the Buyer, excluding the delivery cost.
